The Soul of Sapa

After breakfast around 9:30 start the trek: You will begin your 14 km trek on small trails down the Muong Hoa Valley toward Lao Chai village of Black Hmong ethnic people. Here we will discover their daily life and how they make traditional clothes, handicrafts, and indigo... (in Lao Chair Village). We will visit the biggest valley which provides the best view for golden rice terraced fields in Vietnam (If in the season). After Lao Chai, we walk up to the hillside to Ta Van village then go down to Dzay Hamlet. It is a small group of ethnic people in Vietnam with a rich culture and beautiful houses located on rice paddy fields. 

Have lunch at a home in the village with typical local food (Please noted that, your Lunch will be flexible time). After lunch, the trek continues through a bamboo forest to Giang Ta Chai a Red Dao ethnic minority village. Take a rest nearby a waterfall to refresh. Then start climbing uphill to a road where the car is ready for your journey back to Eco Palms. End tour
